What are Microsoft Points and how do they work on Xbox LIVE?
Microsoft Points is the currency of the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Points allow both Free and Gold members to purchase premium downloadable content such as Arcade and Indie Games, Game Add-ons, Themes, HD movies and TV Shows (where available), and more, from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for their Xbox 360.
Unlike Xbox LIVE subscriptions (1 month, 3 month and 12 month) which work in all supported Xbox LIVE regions, Microsoft Points are region specific, and fall under either the UK (including South Africa) or US region. You must make sure you select codes that fall under the same region as your Gamertag. To confirm your Gamertag's region, please use our help guide.
What do I receive when I purchase a Xbox LIVE code?
You will receive an email containing a link to an image of the Xbox LIVE code. You'll also have access to your code(s) via the My Orders page.

It says instant delivery of Xbox LIVE codes. What does this mean?
As soon as your payment has been verified and confirmed through our secure payment gateway, a link containing your Xbox LIVE code will be automatically emailed to you. You may also view your code via the website, by logging in and viewing your order on the My Orders page.
Please note: This only applies to orders which are paid for using the InstantEFT option. Orders paid via other payment methods are manually processed during business hours.

If you're still having problems with your purchased code, you must contact us within 48hrs of purchase via firstname.lastname@example.org, or through our Contact Us page, and be sure to include your Order Number.

What is your refund policy?
If a code is found to be faulty during our verification process, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 working days after the original request. To qualify, you must notify us via email@example.com, or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your order number when emailing us. If a code has been redeemed, no refund will be given.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is free, and all codes are delivered digitally. Once payment has been confirmed, a link containing your Xbox LIVE code will be automatically emailed to you. Alternatively, you may also view your code via the website, by logging in and viewing your order on the My Orders page.
